In June, 20 DISCOVERY Loyalty Senior Hotel Champions from all over Minor Hotels Europe & Americas joined the training sessions in NH Barcelona Stadium. Over two days, these great professionals dived deep into the key processes and procedures of the DISCOVERY loyalty program and how master excellent membership service. But it wasn’t just about learning but transforming them into internal trainers so now they will share this knowledge with DISCOVERY Hotel Champions in their regions. Now when Senior Hotel Champions are equipped with all the necessary tools, we are confident that they are empowered to deliver a successful training and spread their enthusiasm and dedication to the regional teams. We are sure that this will make a big impact, boosting excellence in our hotels everywhere.

By working together, we can equip our teams with the skills and mindset to provide outstanding guest service and fulfill the DISCOVERY loyalty promise in our hotels!
