Training on DISCOVERY Loyalty Programme is now available on Talent!

This makes it easier for team members to access and complete the training. Each hotel can monitor their completion status through the BI Knowledge Portal. Watch this video tutorial to see how it works. Department Heads can track their team’s completion status directly in the Talent tool. Don’t miss this video with the steps you need to follow. Since the training’s launch on Minor Hotels Europe & Americas Talent, the completion rate has increased by 7 points, now reaching 64%. Our goal is to achieve at least 75% completion for all mandatory teams. All GMs, Front, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Reservation Team Members who have not yet completed the course can find it in their Learning Assignments section on Talent.
