SAP S4 HANA: the transition begins!

As part of our digital transformation, we’ve started upgrading our SAP system to the new SAP S4 version on the HANA database. This change will gradually impact different areas, and the first step with a direct effect on hotels will be the CRM migration.

 

Why does this matter?

CRM is not just a database of guests and companies: it connects with contracts, GHA, MinorPro, e-invoicing, FastPass, and more. Ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance remains essential.

 

In the coming weeks, we’ll start working in the new SAP HANA environment for CRM. Don’t worry—you’ll receive an email with the exact date and all details.

 

Missed the info sessions?

The main changes were reviewed during the biweekly Operational Calls on December 3th and 4th.

For those who couldn’t join or want to revisit the explanation, recordings are available in the Teams group.

 

This is just the first chapter of what we hope will be an adventure with a happy ending.

📢 Important notice

Temporary cut-off for vendor and material requests

 

Starting November 24th, transactions for vendor creation and material requests will be unavailable. Access will be restored on December 1st.

 

If you weren’t able to submit your request before the cut-off, you will be able to do so starting December 1st.

 

This temporary cut-off is due to the rollout of a new SAP transaction for vendor requests.
