SAP S4 HANA: the transition begins!

As part of our digital transformation, we’ve started upgrading our SAP system to the new SAP S4 version on the HANA database. This change will gradually impact different areas, and the first step with a direct effect on hotels will be the CRM migration.

 

Why does this matter?

CRM is not just a database of guests and companies: it connects with contracts, GHA, MinorPro, e-invoicing, FastPass, and more. Ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance remains essential.

 

In the coming weeks, we’ll start working in the new SAP HANA environment for CRM. Don’t worry—you’ll receive an email with the exact date and all details.
