Improving together: Processes & Systems Sessions for Resorts

We recently held the Processes & Systems Improvement Sessions for Resorts on November 18-19, at the beautiful Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort. The Front Office teams from our resort hotels in the area, along with the Business Processes and IT teams, came together to identify inefficiencies and brainstorm solutions. Through group discussions, we prioritized improvement proposals. A big thank you to the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort team for their exceptional hospitality!

MM Training in Schipol

This week, we held an MM Training organized by the University team of BUNE at the NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport . The training was designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members in the MM (Materials Management) module of SAP. We were fortunate to have the assistance of our MM Key User, Retno Bouman, who played a crucial role in the success of the training. We hope this training was helpful for all the participants and that they can apply their new skills effectively in their roles.

Business Processes Team Meeting in Málaga

This week, our Business Processes team gathered at the charming city of Málaga for a productive session. We analyzed our 2024 figures, provided updates on ongoing projects, and started gearing up for the exciting initiatives we have planned for 2025 (stay tuned for more details on these upcoming projects!). A special thanks to the NH Málaga hotel team for making us feel at home during our stay. Your warm hospitality made our experience truly memorable.

BUNE KU SAP MM Meeting in Prague

From October 8th to 10th, BUNE MM Key Users gathered in the beautiful city of Prague for a productive meeting to share best practices and enhance procurement processes. Over three days, interactive sessions focused on continuous improvement and team alignment. We thank the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV team for their exceptional hospitality and everyone who contributed to this successful event. We look forward to implementing the insights gained on our journey towards procurement excellence.

Exciting Learning and Networking at NH Pamplona Iruña Park

We had an amazing time at the Learning and Networking Sessions for Event Managers on October 3rd and 4th at NH Pamplona Iruña Park, themed around San Fermín. A standout moment was the “EVERYTHING IS TOOLS!” presentation by our very own Mario Samaniego alongside Sheila Puñal, which focused on system tools and was filled with great tips for event management at the hotel level. Thanks to the NH Pamplona Iruña Park team for hosting such a fantastic event. We’re excited to use what we learned to improve our future projects.
