Starting February 1^st, a new FO Escalation Credit Card Discrepancies process will be implemented in all hotels that work with the Shared Service Center.

Last month we have had the pleasure of giving several SAP MM trainings in Italy for the first time. They have received us wonderfully in Venice, Rome and Milan and we have shared a great learning experience.
