We are getting closer to the launch of NH DISCOVERY on June 20^th - only 30 days to go!

The members of the Front Office, Guest Relations & Reservations teams, who are in direct contact with guests and interact with our loyalty program, play an essential role in the implementation of the new NH DISCOVERY.

From the Business Processes department we will help them during this transition with face-to-face and online training.

We are very much looking forward to seeing you! 

We have organized a couple of online sessions next week to refresh TMS4Meetings & DDR's management.

Please check the dates and times in the Training Calendars section (we will share the recordings later for those interested who cannot connect).

We recommend that you look at the DDR manual before the sessions, if possible, so that you have a prior notion on the subject and we can be more efficient in resolving possible doubts during the training,

About to start the Easter break, we look back at the month of March and recover these photos of the last trainings given by our colleagues from Procurement & Inventory:

• Migration to Sligro: 5 small trainings at NH Amsterdam Noord to help users with possible difficulties due to the migration from Bidfood to Sligro. They have been assisted by Arjan Gramsbergen, Managing Director of Coperama Benelux.

• SAP MM trainings in Berlin and Brussels to refresh and reinforce the knowledge of SAP MM for current and new team members.
