As informed yesterday by e-mail, we remind you that the Cancellation policy has been updated with a new “Force Majeure” scenario considering that guests can be affected by air traffic closures.

Also take into account that Russian credit cards can be rejected in our payment terminals (most probably with a generic/non specified error message). So please review your reservations' guarantees and ask for new CC details at the moment of check in if needed.

As promised, we have uploaded the training recordings to the Trending Topics section so that you can see them whenever you want in case you have not been able to attend, need to refresh a concept, or even share with new team members.
