As you already know, Event Tool is an online tool that offers the event organizer the ability to create a customized web page for their group event at no additional charge. Guests can easily book their own rooms at the special negotiated rate or consult event information.
Several areas of the company are currently working to improve Event Tool (former Customized Group Website). Meanwhile, please keep in mind the following important recommendations:

Back in 2015 we started publishing a monthly newsletter with the latest news regarding Front Office, Corporate Processes, Commercial Procedures, System Updates and other outstanding topics.
At first it was called “Monthly summary P&P TMS_SAP”, then it was “Organization Nhews”, and since mid-2016 we have called it “Bring value to your work… Organization helps you!”.
Unfortunately, 2020 arrived with the pandemic and we had to cancel the publication.
Since then, we have moved on to another, more dynamic and close way of communicating news, adapting to the new situation of our colleagues in hotels and central services, but without ever neglecting our main objective, which is to help you apply corporate processes and procedures in the easiest and most efficient way possible to help you in your daily work.
Every 15 days we organize online sessions via Microsoft Teams open to all team members who want to join to find out about new or recently updated processes and procedures, tips and tricks to apply them, best practices and sometimes guest speakers join from other areas to present us with very interesting topics.
