
At Organization Department and Support & Training area our mission is clear: to align processes, systems and people in order to improve the efficiency of our hotels. And what is it that we do to achieve this objective? We efficiently solve any and all technical issues or lack of knowledge in processes. We make our operational knowledge in processes and systems available to users, and also take an active role in requirements definitions and in the roll out phase of corporate projects in our hotels. It's an ambitious goal that requires us to stay in touch with the reality of our hotels.
With the ambition of creating a Global Knowledge Network and reinforcing the role of the Support & Training Corporate team, we have created a network of Key Users to share and spread globally the operational Knowledge, that will significantly improve the integration of people, processes and Company systems.
