We love TMS4H - One- week trainig in Sintra

 

At Tivoli Sintra and Tivoli Palacio de Setais very soon TMS4H will be implemented and Support & Training was there to share all about it! 

We would like to highlight the participants' good attitude, patience and hospitality. We have spent a really nice and funny week with you.

New Hotel Opening in Chile

 

New Hotel in Chile and Support & Training was there!

The new NHC Casacostanera in Chile is opened! And the Support & Training Team was there to share information and knowledge about SAPMM & TMS4H with the new hotel staff!

New Management Report // New Transaction!

 

We are pleased to inform you that a new Management Report will be available in TMSforHotels that will allow you to really know which reservations are pending to be invoiced. We are sure that these improvements will help facing the KPI’s affected by this report. The old report (/CCSHT/NA_024 - Management Report)  will be changed to the new one in the TMS tree menu tomorrow. Please make sure to delete the old report from your favorite folders and add the new one: /CCSHT/NA_024_R!

Housekeeping Mobility - 2nd Pilot

 

The second pilot test of the APP HSK Mobility at the NH Paseo del Prado has been a fully success! The Housekeeping Team has been very pleased with this new functionality, since it will help them a lot to improve the efficiency of their every day tasks!
