Did you know...?

Back in 2015 we started publishing a monthly newsletter with the latest news regarding Front Office, Corporate Processes, Commercial Procedures, System Updates and other outstanding topics.

At first it was called “Monthly summary P&P TMS_SAP”, then it was “Organization Nhews”, and since mid-2016 we have called it “Bring value to your work… Organization helps you!”.

Unfortunately, 2020 arrived with the pandemic and we had to cancel the publication.

Since then, we have moved on to another, more dynamic and close way of communicating news, adapting to the new situation of our colleagues in hotels and central services, but without ever neglecting our main objective, which is to help you apply corporate processes and procedures in the easiest and most efficient way possible to help you in your daily work.

Every 15 days we organize online sessions via Microsoft Teams open to all team members who want to join to find out about new or recently updated processes and procedures, tips and tricks to apply them, best practices and sometimes guest speakers join from other areas to present us with very interesting topics.

How can I connect to the Organization Operational calls?

  1. Open the Microsoft Teams program and make sure you have joined the group before the meeting starts:

  2. Our team will be automatically added to your teams list so that you can access all documents shared since April 2020 (recordings of previous calls, presentations, notes...).

Organization Operational Calls Special Edition!

Starting February 1st, a new FO Escalation Credit Card Discrepancies process will be implemented in all hotels that work with the Shared Service Center.

The Finance Excellence Department would like to share with you the main changes of this new process and the planned roll-out dates. Therefore, we will include this topic in our next Organization Operational calls.

You will find the timetable and the links to connect in the Training calendars section.

Please share the invitation to this Special Edition with the teams involved. We especially recommend Front Office Managers to join one of the sessions, where they can raise their doubts directly to the Finance team (the meetings will be recorded, as usual, for those who cannot attend).
