MAJOR GLOBAL MAINTENANCE TASK THIS WEEKEND

As you may already know, there is a system outage scheduled for this weekend. This maintenance is necessary to test our Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and IT has estimated a downtime from 1:30 to 7:30 approximately (CET time) on both Saturday, November 18th and Sunday, November 19th.

Please remind to follow the mandatory tasks outlined in the back-up procedures below to mitigate any issues that may arise:

Business Processes team meeting

This week the Business Processes team has met in Valencia to work together on the analysis of the progress of this year and to plan the next one, which will be full of great challenges and operational projects in which we will try, as always, to support the evolution of the company, helping to align your needs (team members in hotels), corporate processes and systems.
