Exciting News: Train the Trainer for...

In June, 20 DISCOVERY Loyalty Senior Hotel Champions from all over Minor Hotels Europe & Americas joined the training sessions in NH Barcelona Stadium. Over two days, these great professionals dived deep into the key processes and procedures of the DISCOVERY loyalty program and how master excellent membership service. But it wasn’t just about learning but transforming them into internal trainers so now they will share this knowledge with DISCOVERY Hotel Champions in their regions. Now when Senior Hotel Champions are equipped with all the necessary tools, we are confident that they are empowered to deliver a successful training and spread their enthusiasm and dedication to the regional teams.
