Earlier this month, the Operations Regional Office hosted the Network Operations event in Barcelona, bringing together regional and operations directors for a few days of collaboration and learning.
The Business Processes team was proud to take part, alongside speakers from BEM, IT, Luxury, F&B, and People teams, discussing key operational topics and sharing insights. A special moment was the Q&A with our CEO, who also met with regional directors during a listening tour.
