NEW KEY USERS FOR ACCENTURE DFM

 

  We are pleased to inform you that, from now on, you will have official DFM Key Users!

Their main tasks are the follwing:

  • Request of new credentials
  • Reset of credentials
  • Inform the SSC of the Reassignment of users (new GMs assigned to the hotel, for example)
  • Support doubts of procedures and flows in the tool (Not for the resolution of the case)
  • Main communication channel between users and the SSC

Remember: Never ask the SSC directly for these tasks
