ADYEN INCIDENCES – TEMPORARY SOLUTION
This information applies to all hotels connected to Adyen
As you already know, since the beginning of this month we are suffering two important incidences in Adyen Payment Service Platform.
INCIDENCE #1: Prepayment duplicated in Adyen but only one reservation in TMS
INCIDENCE #2: Prepayment confirmed in Adyen but reservation denied in TMS
The IT team is already working on them but, until they are resolved, we have established the following temporary protocol to try to avoid as far as possible major problems with our customers.
